Services. GOMEZ’S CLEANING SERVICES provides Cleaning Services, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://gomezscleaningservices.com is the property of GOMEZ’S CLEANING SERVICES or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://gomezscleaningservices.com is provided on an "as is" basis. GOMEZ’S CLEANING SERVICES makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will GOMEZ’S CLEANING SERVICES's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOMEZ’S CLEANING SERVICES from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. IL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IL.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
